Hi working with Orlando Builders was a great. John was available for us when things were very complicated and did great work on the house.

We are so grateful to Juan Dominguez and Orland Builders for the outstanding job they did in rebuilding our kitchen after we had water damage. We needed a portion of our floor replaced, a cabinet rebuilt, wall replaced, and had plumbing issues as well. Juan and his team took care of it all while we were away from home. We also had a tight timeframe for completion and Juan made it happen. Throughout this entire process, Juan treated our house as if it were his own, and we came home to not only a beautifully completed job but also a very clean job site. To top it off, the day after we came home, we encountered a new water issue in the kitchen. Juan and his team responded immediately to prevent any permanent water damage and resolve the source of the new problem.

I really enjoyed working with JuanJose from Orland Builders! He was very responsive, helpful and understanding of our unfortunate water leak situation. He was also knowledgeable and gave us his professional opinion based on his past experiences and educated us about the industry norms to help us make decisions during the reconstruction process. He kept us updated on the status of work which was greatly appreciated as we were out of town for a few weeks. I had a house fire last year, and my place had to be taken down to the studs. I didn’t choose to remodel—I was forced into it, and it was overwhelming. Every decision fell on me: paint, floors, cabinets, doors, windows, faucets, vanity, tub.
Normally when you buy a house, most of the important things are already in place, and you can remodel gradually. I didn’t have that luxury. I had to replace everything—even the things I loved. Starting from scratch is a whole different world.
If it weren’t for Juan, I honestly don’t know how I would have gotten through it.
Juan gave me a budget, and I would head into the home improvement stores—but it was a nightmare. I was endlessly wandering the aisles, inundated with choices and selections, and at times even came out in tears because I couldn’t make a decision. Then I showed him a few key things I loved—a bathroom remodel, some doors, and a kitchen photo—and he instantly understood my style. From there, he started bringing me just a handful of carefully chosen samples each time, and I always loved what he picked.
Juan isn’t just a builder. He has a designer’s eye and an architect’s background, and it shows. Honestly, he should be on HGTV.
He rebuilt my home, but he also made the process bearable. After losing everything, having someone steady, talented, and genuinely gifted made all the difference.

It’s a long process and John kept us informed during every phase as chaotic as that process can be. The work was top tier and most importantly completed on time.
